Best Way to Publish a Custom Form to All Users

   We are creating a form for all our users.  I can publish the form ok - and then can access it using New Items, More Items, Forms.    We are trying to make it easier to access.  

One suggestion was to place it on the Quick Access Toolbar.   The question is how to do this quickly and easily without going to every machine. 

I know you can import/export customizations.  I worry since people have using 2010 for a while - importing a new one will eliminate what they already created for Outlook.

Any suggestions  (either to mass "push" the customization, a better way for the button or code to program it - so it looks at what is curently on the QAT and adds it onto the end?)
