I use a 2010 client verison of outlook runing in an exchange environment. When someone in our company schedules an all day event, we cant see it when we go to schedule meetings and we often have to redo the scheduling. I am told this is because people
use this to remind them of Birthdays, events, etc... Why not make a note attachment to any calendar events and treat an all day event as time booked so you wont be available for a meeting schedule? Any work arounds?
