I have a feeling that the answer to this inquiry is "it can't be done" but I'll ask anyway.
In previous versions of Outlook, I was able to add a button to the toolbar area so that I can quickly find related messages in an email thread. I know this option exists if I right-click on a message and choose "Find related > messages in this conversation".
This adds two extra steps for me. Previously, I could single click on a message, and single-click on my toolbar shortcut button to quickly locate all the messages in the thread.
I group my email by Flags and Categories (then sort by Received Date), so I do not wish to re-arrange my group/sort order.
I REALLY REALLY would love to have that button back as it was so convenient. For that matter, I also had a button for Find Related Messages from Sender. I'd love that one back too, but I tend to use the related message action far more frequently.
Any ideas out there gurus?
Thanks
