I would like to end a recurring calendar event without losing any of the past occurences of the event as i need this valuable info to accurately show when the event actually took place in the past and the subsequent notes posted to it.
When i enter an end date i am asked "any exceptions associated with this recurring appointment will be cancelled. Is this ok?"
My only options are OK or Cancel. By selecting OK i have found that any past occurences of the appointment that occured outside of the original timeframe that the appointment was made are deleted.
Please advise.
