Cannot click hyperlink via Outlook, Excel (Solve by set default at IE already but still can't open)

Hi everyone,

I have a problem when i click hyperlink and url websit via Outlook, excel.

I've found an error: "This operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator"

I use windows 7 (64bits), Office 2007

So, I've try to solve this problem follow this below suggestion already but still can't open link.

and i try to re-install office already.
