We are currently operating on Exchange 2003 with a mixed installation of Microsoft Outlook 2003 with Service Pack 3 and Microsoft Outlook 2010 with Service Pack 1.
For Outlook 2010 we have set via http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2701035, the option to publish Free/Busy Information for Outlook 2010 to be 12 months.
For some users this is working and for other users this is not working?
What could be the cause of this?
