A couple of days ago, my wife abruptly became unable to receive or view emails though Outlook. MS Office Pro 2010 on multiple computers working fine until then. IMAP accounts. Able to send emails fine but NO receive. Webmail through GoDaddy works fine.
Also, unable to receive on iPhone using recommended settings as before. Have contacted email provider (GoDaddy) and "nothing up there". Changed port settings etc etc and still no email on Outlook or phone. Happened at same time accross multiple devices with
different ISP. Seems like a server problem but can't get any action on that? Anything up with Outlook or is this the wrong place to look?
