Has anyone come across this in Outlook 2010 with Exchange mail? We have a client who claims she's missing hundreds of emails from her Inbox. All archiving is turned off. She has over 50 sub-folders under Inbox which she drags & drops messages to. Every other folder shows all the mail that's supposed to be in them in the view, yet the Inbox apparently does not. I've reset all view settings with no change.
I'm of the opinion she either (A) moved those emails from her Inbox to the corresponding sub-folders and simply forgot she did, or (B) accidentally deleted those emails. I ran a "Recover Deleted Items" on the Inbox & it only found 1, however I ran it on the Deleted Items folder and it found 465 messages with some showing the same date as the day she put in the ticket request.
Any thoughts?
