We
installed a third party email merge tool and it works on one computer but not
the other. The one that it doesn't work on, the add-in doesn't even load into
Outlook. We are running Windows 7 on Exchange 2010 and Windows Server 2008.<o:p></o:p>
What could
be preventing this add-in to load?<o:p></o:p>
