Outlook 2010 Printing Issue

I work as IT support for a company and we are having an issue on some of our computers with trying to print from Outlook 2010. A message comes up saying "Print Preview requires a printer to be selected. Under Printer, and then click the printer you want to use." Any ideas why this is happening. We are using Windows 7 Professional 64-bit. We can print using other Office programs or non-office programs, just not Outlook.
