I am trying to increase my mailbox size, however, have not been successful. I am currently using Outlook 2010. My mailbox is now capped to a strange 3.91GB limit. it is connected to an Exchange 2010 server. I've found out that there is no restriction on the size of the offline OST file. I've tried all the recommendations, setting registry setting for MaxLargeFileSize and so forth, but no joy.
In the registry settings, under HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Policies/Microsoft, there wasn't a an Office/14.0/PST entry. I had to create it. After doing so, I still could not increase my Outlook size.
Any advice will be much appreciated.
