I have a user who sent out a meeting (to about 120 people) from a master calendar that only she has permissions to. One user who was invited to the meeting declined the meeting and when he did so it sent a cancellation to everyone invited to the meeting (all 120 people). All people are members of the of the same domain and the user who some how sent the cancellation (declined meeting) did it from outlook. I am wondering how this is possible.
We are using Exchange 2010 and Outlook 2010 with a single domain and single Exchange Server.
