Hyperlink displaying as plain text, when sending through meeting request

Hi,

Below is the hyperlink using to send through mail and meeting request in outlook.

When i send the above hyperlink through mail it is opening fine in my gmail account. Where as if i am using meeting  request it is displaying as a plain blue text underlined in my gmail account.

Please help me on this. Thank you in advance.
