Hyperlink in Outlook 2010 don't work

When trying to click on the hyperlink in Outlook 2010 and I am getting this message

"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer Please contact your system administrator"

I have read the other answers;

  None of those are applicable to me

  Just an afterthought

  I am running Windows 7 x64

  Office 2010

  2tb HDD

  8 gb memory

  I am the sytstem admistrator as I built the machine ! ! ! ! ! !
