Based upon a lot of reading about this problem, I have deleted and recreated the e-mail account to no avail. I have uninstalled outlook, deleted all old pst files to start with a clean slate, and imported from CSV files all old contacts, to no avail. I have attempted to add new address books, but am told I cannot have duplicate Outlook address books. I cannot delete the existing one. It was created as part of the clean install, and the creation of the G-mail IMAP account. I have enable, disabled, and deleted the iTunes add-in for syncing contacts with the Iphone.
Here's where I need help:
- I have an IMAP account for G-mail, the contacts folder contacts my contacts, but I cannot for the life of me find a way to allow outlook me to check the "Show this folder as an e-mail Address book".
