I am running Outlook2007 on a WIndows7-64 Ultimate and WS2008 as DC and Exchange Server (small network).The VBAproject file is digitally sigend (selfcert) and the cert is on my machine.
Outlook does only activate the startup macro if I execute Outlook with admin privileges.
I can manually start the code with Alt-F8 and then run the Application_Startup macro.
I have tried (via OL trust center) this with completely diabled macro security and disabled program access warnings (which I can only modify under elevated priviledges).
Under AddIns it shows the Outlook-VBA-AddIn being inactive (not disabled).
Any ideas are highly appreciated!
