Have not been able to get Word 2010 to send out an email merge in html. This worked previously in earlier versions but now does not. Is there any fix for this? I have done all the fixes I've found on this issue. I can do an html mail with Publisher but would prefer to use Word as Publisher doesn't save the template in the same way as word does. Is there a registry key or an add on for Word that we can use. I have tried some but none work very smoothly.
We also use another email program called GroupWise. Anyone out there that can fix this issue?
