Actions:
Move (tab)/Move/Other folders.../Move Items (dialog box)/New/<name> then press enter
In Outlook, before 2010, it always selected/highlighted the "new folder" so that clicking "OK" transfers the email item to the "new folder".
For the most part, Outlook 2010, does NOT select the just created folder. The causes the user the extra steps of finding the newly created folder and clicking on it to select it so that when clicking on "OK", the item is transferred to the newly created folder.
