Outlook 2010 and Windows Search

Hi,
Does anybody know how to configure Windows Search on Windows 2008 R2 Terminal server? Outlook 2010 search is extremely slow. That is what started it all. I am not using cached Outlook and have roaming profiles. I was able to install WS and ran Outlook on the server, when Outlook started it went through Office configuration install and now I see the Outlook profile for Administrator is being indexed. When users log on, I modified the GPO on the box to only index Mapi://{*}/ as default location and it doesn't work. I keep getting event id 3036 - The content source mapi//sid of user cannot be accessed. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated? Thank you.
