Previously, when expanding/collapsing groups in Outlook's Inbox, after switching to another Outlook folder and returning to the Inbox, Outlook remembered which were expanded/collapsed.
Early last week, this stopped happening. Now whenever I go to another folder and return to the Inbox, all the groups are expanded. I've checked if any updates have been installed but I can't see any. We're on a corporate network and our IT decides when/what updates are installed.
Any ideas how this has happened? Any known issues? And more importantly, any ideas on a fix?
