Tasks in Outlook set on Midnight in iPhone Reminders

Hi everybody,

I've search the community and google about this problem, but couldn't find a solution, so I'll ask here, I hope someone can help me.

In the office where I work, we have an Exchange server and PCs with Windows 7 and Outlook 2010.

Two users are having issues synching some (not all) items from Outlook Tasks to the iPhone Reminders. They set a due date in Tasks, with a reminder set to go off at a certain hour, and in the Reminders app on the iPhone the alarm goes off at midnight.

Both have an iPhone 5 with iOS 6.0.1.

This has started happening a few weeks ago, before we had no problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
