We have a problem with the to from and cc fields in a .pst file. In an open email (or in the preview pane) the names are there in the to from and cc fields but no actual email address info. "Add to Outlook Contacts" is not available in right click, and the full email address seems to be lost.
The pst file came from OE6 via this import workflow similar:
Running Outlook one time only on the XP/OE6 machine, importing from Oe6 to outlook, then shifting the resulting PST file to the Win7 64bit / outlook 2010 machine and opening the pst with File>Open>Open data file. Contacts, dates and other mail content seems to be OK.
Does anyone have any ideas?
