User is using outlook 2010 on exchange 2010. When ost is recreated
- For 10-30 seconds the OST will be rebuilt at 100Mb/s
- Then drops to 10Mb/s for about 30-60 seconds
- 1Mb/s forward
- Client consistently crashes at this point (sometimes after about 5 minutes), forcing restart of Outlook. OST size stops increasing, suspect that the actual download stops at this point or at least the parsing of incoming data does.
Also, the client’s incoming download is chunked at 3.02Gb at a time, even if the user’s mailbox is larger. Not a problem, but does make it hard to see how long there is left on the full download.
Any ideas?
