Default Email for Calendar Appointments (ONLY)

I have multiple accounts on Outlook 2010 SP1.  I am unable to edit Calendar Appointments I created.

1 Exchange Account (for Calendar, Contacts, Tasks)

2 Gmail Accounts (for emails) (1 set as default email)

The Exchange account is NOT used for email.

When I create an appointment on the Calendar, the "Organizer"/"From" field of the appointment defaults to the "Default Email" email.  (In my case: GMAIL imap account)

So the problem is that all Calendar appointments become "organized" by the default GMAIL email address.  This prevents me from editing Calendar Appointments that sync to the Android because it's seen as "Organized" by someone else.

It sees that the appointment is organized by the GMAIL email, instead of the Exchange email.  Which makes the Android App think it's organized by someone else, so none of the events created are Editable.

Basically, the solution that I need would be as follows:

Calendar Events (default to Exchange Account)

Email Creation (default to Gmail)

How can I do something to this effect?
