Outlook 2010 Where is Contact Groups Saved

I have reformatted a drive and have reinstalled Office 2010.  I copied the original .pst file over but when I open contacts the previous saved lists are not longer there.  The individual contacts are there but the saved contact group lists are gone.  Any ideas where they might be or what needs to be copied as well when you move a pst to another machine.
