We've installed Office 2010 beta (Both 32 and 64 bit) and we're having real difficulty in allowing users to edit existing attachments.
We've disabled the protected view settings in all of the products, but when the user double clicks a message (So its not in the reading pane) with an attachment and then opens the attachment, the office application opens it in "Read-Only" mode.
Please, please help
ps - We have noticed that the files are always saved in the outlook security folder as read-only
