Office 2010 and 2013 - Exchange 2010 - Shared Calendars - right click and the Open in New Window option does not appear - how do I open the shared calendar in a new window?

This worked on Outlook 2007.  The Open in New Window option on Shared Calendars seem to disappear on Outlook 2010 and 2013.   Is this by design or a bug.  It was very handy to view multiple calendars Side by Side and the right click on a Shared Calendar and open in a new window if an appointment needed to be added, changed or deleted.
