Hi all,
We set all 3 Outlook 2007 fonts (new, reply/fwd, and plain text) to Arial 12pt, on all firm computers, and it sticks, for a while.
At some random point, that we've been unable to determine, a user replies or sends a new email and its back to the Calibri 11pt (the office2007 default).
We cannot figure out for the life of us how this change is happening.
I put a script in our login scripts to reset the registty setting for this setting, so a simple log off/on fixes it.
ALso, I just found this post:

that has the registry setting for the Policy to block this, and have instituted it, so now a user simply needs to exit and restart Outlook and they're back to Arial 12pt.
Anyone have any idea how we can stop this font change altogether? Management just doesn;t like the Calibri font.
No idea if its when a user replies to a certain email or what. maybe a css related thing?
