I've currently ran into a issue where I have a machine that is running windows 7 Pro with Office 2010 we recently replaced the printer because of mechanical issues. Once we installed the new via USB everything seemed to go smoothly install went great, test page printed even was able to print from Great Plains. After being at my desk I got a call saying that every time she tries to print out a email from Outlook it abruptly prompts her to install paper into the manual feed tray. I've re-installed the printer several times and checked to make sure the settings were set inside of Outlook and still get the same result.
Any suggestions?
