This is the scenario:
A client recieves a mail from user X. When attempting to reply to this user, the language settings automatically change to French, although english is set as default and there is no french text within the email. When I go to Review, Language you can see it is highlighted to french.
A few points on this issue:
- This only happens for from one user, only when replying to user X. When replying to anyone else this doesnt occur.
- Tested by having user X send same message to others in organisation and issue doesn't exist.
- All settings in Outlook client are the same as anyone else for the user experiencing this issue.
- English is the only configured language, no other settings or proofing tools installed.
Any ideeas on this issue are much appreciated.
