I've been having this problem for a while now and it is starting to drive me mad!
I use Outlook 2010 contacts. When I go to create a new contact by opening new items->contact (or any other method, such as just clicking on "new home address"), the template that opens up is not blank, but instead is an existing contact in my address book, Richard. It seems that somehow Richard's information, or Richard's v-card, has been saved as the template. I have no idea how this happened.
If I delete all the information and try to save the blank contact, Outlook simply saves it as a new contact with no fields filled in. Next time I try to create a new contact, the template with Richard's info pops up again.
I've tried deleting the actual v-card for Richard (who, BTW, I still want in my address book), but this does not delete the template being Richard's v-card.
Help?!
