Problem with customizing outlook 2013 contact form

I want to customize outlook contact form but when I edit the existing form. The theme, or the style of the form changes in to like really old Window style like Windows 2000. Also the option to add a contact picture is disappearing when I edit the form. How can I set the window style of the edited contact form like Office 2013 and how to get the add contact picture back??? Thank you.
