OUTLOOK 2010 - EXCHANGE SERVER - JUNK EMAILS, NOT JUNK

Hi there.

We use Outlook 2010 and Exchange Server 2008.

For some reason, all of a sudden, Outlook is sending a lot of our emails directly to the junk mail inbox. 

I have had our external IT guys attempting to resolve, but they are also stumped.

These are not junk emails, but people we deal with all the time.  Also, the same sender will have some go direct to Inbox, and some to Junk.  It almost looks as though it is sending every third email to Junk Mail. 

Does it make any difference how many emails are sitting in our Inbox?  I phoned Telstra help desk to see if they could do anything, and they seemed to be rather focused on the volume of emails.  We do regular archiving, but have rather large volumes of email traffic, so at any one time probably have up to 1000 emails (often with attachments) sitting in the Inbox.  However, this is not anything new.

Any ideas where to look for solution??
