As you can see on the following capture, my Outlook 2013 outbox indicates there are 3 unread messages. However, the outbox isempty. And the status bar shows 3 items in total and 2 of them are unread. These are totally wrong. There should be something wrong with the counter. I tried right clicking the outbox, and then select "Clean up folder" or "Delete all", nothing changed. I also tried "Send and Receive all folders" and "Update folder", same results. I don't want to rebuild the profile. Or I have to redo settings, signatures and etc. Any other way to fix this?
