We use Windows 7 64 bit and Outllook 2010 (all IMAP accounts). All update to the newest version. Work online no problem: can send/receive emails, but slow in switching among different IMAP folders.
So we try to use work offline. In work offline, new emails to be sent out are stored in Personal Folder => Outbox. We set "send/receive" every 5 minutes in work offline and checked "Send immediately when connnected". But emails in the outbox won't be sent out. Even you click "Send/Recive All folders", emails in the outbox won't be sent out. Only when you click "Send All", emails in the outbox are sent out.
Would like to have any helps on this issue: emails in the outbox can be sent out during automatical "send/receive".
I have noticed that in the "Send/Receive Groups" you have no way to add "outbox" into "All Accounts" group.
