A few days ago Outlook quit filtering much of my spam. Before that it caught almost all of it, now suddenly it catches almost none of it. About the same time I started getting notices from MS Security Essentials that it wants to send a dll to microsoft to determine if it is bad. The dll belongs to a program that should be ok. I sent it once but it keeps asking to send again
Anybody seen this spam problem? Any fixes?
