Hi,
I just upgraded from Office 2010 to 2013 on Windows 7 (32-bit), and I'm having massive problems with Outlook. I have two email accounts; the first is connected through EAS, and the second is synced with IMAP. If I have the IMAP account included in a profile, Outlook crashes (APPCRASH) every single time in OUTLMIME.DLL when it tries to sync. This only takes a few seconds to reproduce, and it makes any profile I add that account to completely unusable. POP3 is fine, but I'd prefer not to go that route.
What I've tried so far:
- Starting Outlook in safe mode to disable add-ins
- Repair the .pst and .ost
- Repair the Office install
- Reinstall Office altogether
Nothing seems to work aside from simply not adding the account to the profile in the first place, which is completely unacceptable. Here's a copy of the error message itself:
