I will be installing a newer computer running windows 7 pro 64 bit and need guidance on the procedure to move outlook express information to outlook 2010.
The old computer is running windows xp 32 bit with outlook express and it also has a copy of office 2003 with outlook 2003 installed. Outlook express has been used but not outlook 2003. The new computer is running windows 7 pro 64 bit and will have office 2010 installed. The person who will be using the computer wishes to use outlook over windows live. I did look at the MS site and would have attempted to try the procedures that are shown, but I found the information a bit confusing and after seeing that there are quite a few post right here on the technet, figured that I would ask for help first before possibly messing things up. We can't afford to lose any email information.
