Contact activities doesn't find any items in Outlook 2010

Hi,

I have little information on how the activities feature for a contact works.

I'm getting reports from users that no activities are listed for a contact.

I'm running Office Pro Plus 2010 version 14.0.6112.5000.

If I create a contact from the GAL and try to list activities, nothing comes up and none of this is in pst files.

Yet, I can easily see messages from the contact in my Inbox.
