Outlook 2010 Rules, Want to copy an email not move

Hi Friends,  I have a need to set up a rule in Outlook to copy the email.  The only option in 2010 seems to be to Move the email.  Does anyone know how to copy the email through a rule rather than move the email.  Thanks.
