The Rundown
Win7 64, Outlook 2010. A user is trying to add an appointment to one of our many shared calendars. For some reason with this one calendar(Conf Room 3B) she gets...
"Could not save item. Cannot open the free/busy information. Microsoft Exchange is not available. Either there are netwrok problems or the Exchange server is down for maintenance."
Outlook is up fine and the exchange server is up as well. She can use her mail and update other calendars. I checked other users and they can post to "3B" as well with no problems. She has been on Outlook for about 6 weeks and was able to update the calendar up until two days ago.
What I have done
Recreated Outlook Profile
Deleted/recreated calendar in her mailbox
Cleared "Offline cache" but I get a different error saying she does not have permissions, which she does.
Rebooted/Shutdown
Does anyone have any suggestions?
