We are looking for an Outlook 2010/Exchange2010 addon to assist members of our team that handle multi-person scheduling.
Consider the following situation where everyone has received and accepted an separate Outlook 2010 scheduled meeting to coordinate an interview:
Room1 Reserved:
9am - PersonA
10am - PersonB
11am - PersonC
12pm - PersonD
Now imagine if PersonB needs to swap with PersonD, or that the times get shifted. Is there an easy solution that will automatically rearrange and notify the participants that the schedule has been adjusted and it may impact them?
Right now its a manual process of updating each individual meeting request, but it would be nice to have something a bit more sophisticated.
