Outlook 2010 only caches the primary inbox which is great because we have some mailboxes that are out-of-control size wise. But is it possible to exclude 'Managed Folders' from the OST in Outlook 2007?
In Outlook 2007, every folder has a 'Synchronization' tab in the properties. This allows you to create filters to determine what does get synchronized. So for myself, I could create a filter to sync files that are 0KB in size or less, essentially not synchronizing anything.
This is great & works on a 'case by case' basis, but is not ideal for situations where this needs to be done en masse; like enforcing this for 1600+ users.
Thanks
