Couple of weeks ago, I cancelled my Gmail for business subscription and downloaded the entire inbox content to my outlook using IMAP and I subsequently cancelled the domain and no longer have access to that account.
Yesterday, I tried to forward a couple of emails from the downloaded archive so I changed the outlook account nformation used to downloaded the 9.9GB of emails to a new gmail account I just created. I did not create a separate account in outlook, but simply changed the log in information from the old gmail business account to a newly created gmail account. I was able to forward the emails with no problem.
Today, I looked at my inbox and it is completely empty!!! Nothing left except the couple welcome letters from gmail!!!
Here's the burning question: Did outlook delete all my emails? The PST file size is still the same at 9.9GB, is there a recourse for fixing this situation? Thanks all!!
