There is my problem. I'm TI guy at Transport compagny in Quebec, Canada and when we receive an automated email from one customer with a PDF, we can't open it. The error message says : Format error, not a PDF or corrupted
This is the mail issue. Now, there is the tests i did and specs about our network :
2 DC (1x 2003, 1x 2008R2)
5 Terminal Server (2x2003, 3x 2008R2)
1 File server (W2k3)
2 DNS Server
ISP Hosted email (POP3 / SMTP)
I configured the email account, on the user's computer, to leave message on server. Once done, I configured the same email account in 3 TS (1x2003, 2x2008R2), in my workstation (WinXP), in the user's computer (WinXP) and one laptop (Win7)
Like this, each Outlook 2010 receive same email.
Now, all workstation (WinXP and Win7) can see the PDF attachment correctly but it's not the same thing on Servers, I got the error : "Format Error : Not a PDF or corrupted, when i try to open the pdf
I also tried to look PDF with Acrobat Reader and Foxit Reader, same thing for both (on TS)
I have Kaspersky AV on each wks and servers. I tried to disable it but no chances. Other important point, it worked before we upgrade to Offie 2010 (we used Office 2003)
