Outlook Anywhere - 1st Login Attempt Always Fails

I just set up Outlook 2007 for 15 users on a shared computer.  They're using Outlook Anywhere, connecting with GoDaddy's mail servers.  Each user has his own profile, and is prompted to pick his name off the list before getting to a login prompt.

When the login prompt is reached, the user types in his email address and password, and the login fails 100% of the time.  Try again, it fails again.  If the user cancels out of the login prompt, Outlook thinks for a bit, and presents another login prompt.  This time, the user can type in his info, and log in successfully.

The same behavior occurs with all 15 Outlook profiles.  I confirmed the settings with GoDaddy's support, they don't think it's an authentication issue, as the second login prompt works fine, and the users can access their mailboxes.  The really weird thing is, I set up a nearby computer with the same 15 users' mailboxes, same settings across the board (that I know of) and it works fine.

Any ideas?  I tried repairing Outlook, and removed a bunch of junk software on the computer, but it's still not working.
