Outlook 2010 "Cannot start - message"

Hi,

I have Win 7 OS home premium and installed MS Office 2010 Home and Student version. When I clicked on the Outlook icon, I get the following message: "Cannot start Microsoft Outlook. Cannot opern the Outlook window. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed."

What do I do to get it to open?
