Intelligent Automatic Replies

Hiya,

We have a system here where an email that is destined for a fee earner is BCC'd (as a Hub Transport Rule) to thier PA, which is unknown to the external recipient. This causes problems if the PA is away and has their out of office enabled - i.e. the external reipient sends and email to fee earner Job Bloggs > transport rule kicks in and BCCs it to PA Jill Bloggs, who's out of office is on so the external recipient gets and automatic reply and thinks "hey, who the hell is this. I didn't send my email to this person", and wonders if the intended recipient got/read the email at all.

So we need some way to configure automatic replies to detect if the user whos out of office is on is in the BCC field and if so, DO NOT send an automatic reply. Basically, automatic replies should only kick in if a user is in the To or CC fields.

Thanks
