Any way to determine installed Outlook 2010 plugins and status (Enabled/Disabled) across an enterprise

Last year we pushed an Outlook plug-in across our enterprise of around 40k users.  We've been getting an increase of trouble tickets recently where the plug in appears to no longer be installed, or is in a disabled state.  Is anyone aware of anyway to run some kind of report to determing the Outlook 2010 plugins a client has installed, and what the status of those plugins are?  Any help would be appreciated
