When scheduling a meeting and inviting outside of my company participants everything seems normal. However, if I ever need to go into the meeting to update anything on the meeting (adding new participants, changing rooms, adding text to the meeting announcement), Outlook hangs before the meeting comes up for between 30 – 50 seconds (receives a faded Outlook window) and a small alert window popup appears at the bottom of my PC (with text message … trying to connect to exchange server ….).
If I were to remove the outside of my company participants from the meeting invite .. everything behaves normal again.
